Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPO is responsible for ensuring the high-quality design, implementation, management, evaluation, and delivery of services for programs throughout the State.
The CPO will establish expectations for excellence in all program activities and ensure the achievement of programmatic and quality goals through ongoing assessment and coordinated outcomes measurement. With both commitment and compassion, the CPO assures that a high level of customer service is delivered to clients, that partners are supported but also share service delivery goals. The CPO plays a critical role in building relationships with funding agencies that not only assure programs are managed according to grantor expectations but also opens the door for additional collaborations and addition of program initiatives.
VOA-TX seeks a CPO with a strong and demonstrated set of leadership skills and clear commitment to the mission of the Organization (passion for mission is a universal value among VOA-TX staff). Successful candidates will possess a master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years in a senior managerial role with direct responsibility for licensure or regulatory compliance, and demonstrated highly effective program leadership.
